Door Lock Installation, Setup & App Setup FAQs

Inside the SENSIC smart lock package, you'll find a front handle, back handle, door latch, tapping screw (x4), square bar, grub screw (x2), connection rod (long x2, short x2), trick lock screw (x2), battery box, cover screw (x2), strike plate, buckle cover.

Batteries and screwdriver are not included.

1. Latch Installation

Slide the Door Latch from the side hole of the door with the sloping face of the latch towards the door jamb.

2. Front Handle Installation

Insert and tighten 2 grub screws on the front handle.

Thread the wire from the front handle though the square bar and position the square bar into the plate on the front handle.

Install the front handle in the correct direction (away from the door frame). Push the connection rods nd square bar through the door latch completely.

3. Back Handle Installation

Grab the wire and pass it through the square hole of the back handle. Ensure that the direction of the Back Handle is the same with the Front Handle.

Install the trick lock screw on the right side of the back handle and align it with the connection rods on the front handle. Repeat the same for the trick lock screw on the left hand side.

Tighten the trick lock screws on both sides with a screw driver. Connect the wire with the battery box. A successful connection will trigger a deep sound and a light will appear on the front handle.

Insert the battery box into the back handle and tighten the handle with the cover screw.

ONLY SENSIC S1 Ultimate Version can connect with the APP.

Search for "TTLock APP" in the App Store and download.

1. Register an Account

Open the APP and select "Agree" to the user terms. Select allow to receive future notifications. Click Register on the top right to create an account using phone or email (phone is preferred).

2. Add lock with Bluetooth

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Click "Menu" button on the top left of the screen. Click "Add Lock", then "All Locks" and click the correct nearby lock.

1. Add/Clear Fingerprint

a. Add Fingerprint

Select "Fingerprints" on the home page. Select "Add Fingerprint" to add fingerprint.

b. Delete Fingerprint

Select "Fingerprints" on the home page. Select "Clear Fingerprint" to delete fingerprint.

2. Generate/Delete Passcode

a. Generate Passcode

Select "Generate Passcode" on the home page. Refer to the instruction video for one time passcode sharing.

b. Delete Passcode

Select "Passcodes" on the home page. Select the desired passcode and delete.

Simply plug the WiFi Gateway into an electrical outlet and it is ready to go!

For the S1 Basic version, when the powerline is connected to the battery box, there won't be a beep sound. Rather, a green light will show up - this means the connection is successful.

For the other versions, you will hear a beep sound when connecting the powerline to the battery box. This means that you've successfully activated your lock.
